Once item has been sent in accordance to given address, Cherita Chantique is not responsible for any damage or loss during postage unless it has been wrongly addressed. ( differs from the given address )

Once item has been received, it cannot be returnable, exchanged or refundable.

Payment must be settled within 3 days upon reservation of an item.

Item will be released to the other buyers after 3days. Or in first come first serve basis. Especially to the others who manage to pay faster than the reservation made.
